“Excellent service. I ordered some replacement Miele Powerdisks from Gerald Giles online which was very easy to do. I received confirmation straight away and updates to tell me the delivery was in progress. My package arrived within a couple of days. I am very happy with the whole process and the value for money of the product and I will be ordering more Powerdisks from you in future.”

“I would have given more stars if I could. The website was easy to navigate to what I wanted to buy. The product I bought was exactly what I wanted. at a good price. There was a slight delay with my order, which was not a problem, but it was the way it was dealt with which was something that is missing from a lot of shops today. A simple PHONE CALL was made by the shop to me and it was sorted. Obviously Customer care means a great deal to this shop ( and to me to ). I will definitely be using this shop again and will be recommending to family and friends. Great website, great products, great prices and great customer service what more could you ask for. Thank you again”

“Service & delivery was excellent, well packaged and all looks good in the box, but I have bought for my daughter for Christmas so can't comment on the machine itself. All I know is that my daughter is desperate to own one to help with all her baking and if all the reviews I have read before buying are anything to go buy, I am sure she is going to be impressed.”
