“The item was a replacement cooker - the ols siemens model was broken- not useful in the middle of the pandemic and deal had to be done by phone and email. The sales person was most helpful and the fitting was quick and completed in minutes There was a wait for the machine to be supplied but we knew that at the outset. Really nothing that can be improved on.”
