“Excellent service in store, where I just enquired about a Bosch washing machine that I had seen somewhere. The guy brought it up on the screen and offered me a better price than I had seen anywhere on the internet and offered to hold it until my new utility room was ready. The delivery chaps were great genuine local people with customer care better than any I could have asked for. I will certainly come to Gerald Giles again. Well done all keep up the good work. 5 Star”

“Good service when visiting their shop. Manager very courteous and also knowledgeable re the TV I was interested in buying. Price was competitive with other retailers in the area. The only slight disappointment I have is that the installer was clearly in a hurry to get to his next job, and I would have welcomed more of his time in taking me through the TV's facilities.”
