“Following a look at your website I visited your Ber St. showroom to purchase an offer for a Dyson vacuum cleaner and was pleased to find that you have a customer car park.As parking is a factor these days you should keep this in mind when advertising.Top marks to Charles for his attention,advice and politeness. I won’t dwell on the matter of a missing charger but he corrected this error.No drama.”

“We recently needed a new TV and the usual place we go was unable to demonstrate the 2 I had narrowed it down to. Looking for some where else to view the TVs we came across Gerald Giles and having never been in their store we decided to have a look. The sales guy was very polite and helpful, connecting them to the WiFi network so that we could view some 4K video on YouTube. He also managed to squeeze us in for a quick delivery. The delivery guys were good and unpacked the TV, checked it for damage and put it on our TV stand, leaving it for me to set up as I’d requested. I would happily use Gerald Giles again and recommend them to friends and family.”
