“I was looking for a new TV but wasn't sure which technologies were going to be relevant. The expert insight and guidance I got from Mark Gook was brilliant. He spent time going through the different models but importantly asked me what I really wanted to watch and what my priorities were. He didn't try and sell me the most expensive model or baffle me with science. He made sure that I understood which model he was recommending and why. I have to say I am delighted with the TV it's exactly what I wanted and needed. Will be going back to Gerald Giles/Snellings for more soon esp. now i know they are owned by a Charitable Trust.”

“We ordered a small microwave and was pleasantly surprised when told delivery would be the next day. We had tried to order from a well known store where they will ‘not be beaten on price’, and was told delivery would be within 5 working days. The price we were quoted from Gerald Giles was the same as from the never beaten store. The stated delivery time arrived, and so did the microwave. Brilliant service, friendly delivery staff, will definitely use the company again. Thank you Gerald Giles”
