“I have been a customer for over 20 years but today (21 March) they surpassed themselves. After advice I bought (still unopened) Bose 300 Home Speaker). They said, because they are busy with deliveries that it might take a few days although I live nearby. I said it certainly wasn’t urgent so I was amazed that it was delivered within about half an hour! I always knew they were the best but this is above and beyond!”

“Gerard Giles service is great. Value for money (cheaper than Amazon and quick. Unfortunately as with so much internet shopping the whole experience is let down by the courier. APC apparently delivered my parcel but it hasn't arrived. I think it was actually delivered by Royal Mail as I got a RM card on the day it was supposed to arrive and not an APC one. It's now lost and I'm wasting time trying to locate it between Royal Mail and APC.”

We do not use Royal Mail for our deliveries and APC are excellent, most of the time, so we are sorry to hear that you have been let down on this occasion. “I was looking for a new TV but wasn't sure which technologies were going to be relevant. The expert insight and guidance I got from Mark Gook was brilliant. He spent time going through the different models but importantly asked me what I really wanted to watch and what my priorities were. He didn't try and sell me the most expensive model or baffle me with science. He made sure that I understood which model he was recommending and why. I have to say I am delighted with the TV it's exactly what I wanted and needed. Will be going back to Gerald Giles/Snellings for more soon esp. now i know they are owned by a Charitable Trust.”

“We ordered a small microwave and was pleasantly surprised when told delivery would be the next day. We had tried to order from a well known store where they will ‘not be beaten on price’, and was told delivery would be within 5 working days. The price we were quoted from Gerald Giles was the same as from the never beaten store. The stated delivery time arrived, and so did the microwave. Brilliant service, friendly delivery staff, will definitely use the company again. Thank you Gerald Giles”
