“I purchased a cordless dyson on 24/11. I was looking forward to using my new purchase but unfortunately on the day that it arrived it wouldn’t charge, I contacted the store straight away and was told that they would send me new one out and collect the faulty one . I waited a good few days but heard nothing so I contacted them again only to be told that I shouldn’t have been given that information and they would collect the faulty item , test it and if they were satisfied that it was faulty then they would send me a new one! So where does that leave me, because at the moment I have no new hoover and I’m £300 out of pocket, I ordered my mother in law the same Hoover on the same day, I wouldn’t have done this had I have known that the customer service was so appalling! I really wish now that I had waited for Argos or curry’s to get more stock in. There is never a problem with Argos or curry’s , anyway I’m still waiting and haven’t heard anything”

“Clear information when using the website, and informed throughout of the delivery procedures, arrived the next day! Delivered in good condition, started to use my Dyson cyclone animal cordless vacuum cleaner, that afternoon. Very pleased with the professional service I received from Snellings.
