Unhappy with the way things were dealt with after being in an unfortunate accident and looking forward to be able to change to another insurer.

what a terrible insurance company! they have done nothing but mess me around for the last year, at least once a month they have tried to cancel my policy for no reason. my payments started at £200 pcm and has since risen to £300 pcm. £500 got added to my account that no body could explain to me why causing my payments to go to £450 a month, luckily after 3 weeks of phone calls they managed to wipe this although no explanation was given to why it was on my account in the first place. please avoid this company, nothing but time wasters!

The price of the insurance is far to high for young drivers, I've had lesser offers from other brokers. Make sure to shop around before choosing this provider, my car is only worth 348 pound and was charged 1,500 with a black box install.

Terrible company ripped me off 120 pound as my box wasn't installed in time witch wasn't my fault it was there for double booking and wouldn't refund me !!

Terms and conditions of leaving their company not stated properly! Very bad service in terms of complaint. Would highly advice no one to use them!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful from the start. During my short few months with them, they pestered me daily and made me feel very pressured when driving. I had low scores with everything even when driving sensibly, I took their advice on what needed improving after my insurance went up 70 pound a month! They sent me an email saying I had improved my score, yet online it said my driving was now very poor rather than the poor I had previously been given. I couldn't understand after ringing and asking multiple questions and the workers not even knowing about their own company policy etc, I had decided enough is enough and left.

Wisedriving are a disgrace and run a moneymaking scam. After 2 months of driving I had an email stating that due to changes to my "details" they would take an extra £1600 out of my named account in 7 days!! (The original annual insurance was £880) Going by the on-line driving stats this was purely due to driving at night. If I hadn't seen the email they would've taken the money. Can't believe Go Compare let these chancers use their service. Please do not be taken in by this scam.

Majority of the customer service I received where very rude and didn't let me put my point across, they often said they could do nothing to help me with my policy or query and I quote "what's done is done now". My monthly payment has been changed 4 times in 8 month for different circumstances which they didn't state in their policy before I took it out. Overall my experience with wise driving has been frustrating and quite frankly draining.

Been insured since February as a first time driver and I have mixed opinions. At first I paid £131 a month when I took out the policy, which is fair enough. As I didn't send the policy docs back signed I had to pay a £10 admin fee each time my monthly policy was taken out. My premium then went down which was great, only paying £103 a month and no admin fee seemingly after checking my bank statements. I then drove the car normally, as I had been doing, the only difference being that I went on the motorway one Saturday evening from 10pm - 12am and all of a sudden my insurance rose and so did the admin fee! They want me to pay more than the original cost simply because I drove outside of 'curfew' hours, when there is no mention of the time of my driving being a direct factor in affecting my premium. I now have to phone and cancel as I am insured on another car without a black box. Website states a base off of £120 to cancel, plus 'insurer costs' on top of that. Dreading doing it but it has to be done. My advice to first time car owners is to either wait and save up for insurance, or pay the extra on alternative insurance to have no box. RIP OFF.

Wise driving is a joke the telematics box doesnt work in my opinion my car was off the road for 2 months and they marked down i was speeding and giving me a bad score when my car had not moved from the drive. All in all would only purchase insurance with telematics box if there is no choice.
