You charged me extra money for “poor” driving which I do not think is acceptable as I have been driving very reasonably.

I am disappointed after reading such good reviews, which was a big part of the decision to take out my policy with you, to have had problems since the start. Firstly with the engineer cancelling three times before installing my box which triggered messages telling me my policy would be cancelled for something that was out of my control (I assume this is because they are another company and poor communication between the two means the automated messaged are still sent). This engineer confirmed the documents he took photo's of were correct and would be uploaded. This did not happen and it turns out my no claims discount was not uploaded. As I do not check my personal emails every day it was not until a received a text message saying my policy would increase that I contacted the team to discuss. I then emailed the documents from my work email and cc'd in my personal email. Asking for a reply to my work email or a call/text should there be any problems, which I did not receive. Then after a text saying my good driving score meant my premium would go down I called to confirm they had received my no claims. I find out that this is not the official no claims document. As this is my first year of no claims I have not had to this before. After providing the right document I am now in a battle to try and get the money returned to me that I have paid and it seems each time I call the advisor is contradicting his predecessor. I hope this is resolved soon or I will not be staying with wise driving.

I entered the wrong month for my husbands DOB - I tried to call customer services immediately but couldn't get through - same for the next week just no answer on hold for long periods. I gave up and tried again last week, managed to get through and was told it would cost over £100 to change his DOB by one month. I complained and they tried to put me through to a supervisor, on hold for 15 mins, told a supervisor would call me back within 48 hours. Didn't happen. Still waiting. Also had no idea when I bought policy that it could go up and down - very misleading - still don't understand how much that happens? or what to expect? No information online. Received an email to say my policy had changed amount but it said by £0. Again confusing - again no answer on customer service. Absolutely appalling service. Lots of my friends have youngsters just passed their test and we all talk about which insurer we use I wouldn't recommend you to anyone. I still want a call back about the DOB issue - not that anyone cares...is there even anyone there?

Your score decreases way too fast but barely ever goes back up no matter how good driving is.

My account details were not updated on numerous occasions, so I was continuously being asked for dates to book my tracker in. Long hold times. Some staff are polite & helpful. Tracker is very harsh against breaking etc.

When I logged in there was no information to tell me how my driving was going and one of my months is completely blank even though I have be driving through out the month

The black box couldn't be installed on Monday. Spoke to a lady in customer care who was very helpful and arranged for it to be fitted Yesterday PM. Then an email to confirm AM fitting. This was carried out. However I'm still getting text messages to say it hasn't been fitted and they are going to cancel the insurance. Got through to the black box people who tell me the car isn't on their system. Been trying to contact customer care for over 2 hours now. I also cann't lot in. I requested a new password, which was sent but still won't allow me access. They tell me the cancelation process keeps hold of the deposit we paid. Don't know where we go from here as the Black Box is fitted into the car

Black box rating Is unfair I drive well and it feels impossible for the black box to think the same I have permently low level and feels like the company will make any excuse to put ass ons onto your insurance

Having problems trying to access my policy, forgot my username, tried to retrieve it through the forgotten password option on the login page due to it normally asking for an email address but asked for the username instead then spent an hour and a half on hold trying to get in contact with customer service to sort it to then not get through to anyone at all, actual shocking service

Charged me extra because of course noting was written in the notes when I clearly say a day as time but you change it on a Sunday when I said I was at work

At present 3rd attempt to get the black box fitted think the companys needs to work together to inform there customers of changes to the time of the fitting of the black box. Had an afternoon appointment to get box fitted but they sent an email at 11.03 to say they were cancelling my policy if i dont arrange to get the black box fitted and guy who came to fit it says he was here at 11.30 .how can u send an email saying u will cancel a policy if black box is fitted half an hour before u are due to fit the black box . ermm afternoon means afternoon not before eleven .but to be fair they said they would not charge me 45 pounds for missed appointment . will keep u all informed when i eventually get the black box fitted on the 26th of april.lets hope its worth the hassle ive had so far.seemingly they told me on the phone that they changed it to an am appointment pity u forgot to let me know. as the last message the night before said pm on the 2oth april 2018.

I got a letter saying my policy will be cancel. I am trying 2 days for hours to ring and speak to someone and nobody answers. I send emails and they never responded. My report is good but no the time and place (0 score) I only drove the car 2 days during the day since I had the black box. There is no one to speak with and discuss about it.

Your car insurance quotes are a scam. When inputting my details for a quote - I put that i had "0" no claims - the box automatically gave me 1 year and would allow me to enter 0. I accepted the quote and then received a letter asking for my 1 years no claim - explained the situation and then received additional premiums - Big Con! I have complained to the Insurance Omnibus services

My insurance went up with Our any email or anything they now av my email no claims ..and still take out hundred and eighty 6 pounds a month will be on fone 2moz 😠😠
