Your car insurance quotes are a scam. When inputting my details for a quote - I put that i had "0" no claims - the box automatically gave me 1 year and would allow me to enter 0. I accepted the quote and then received a letter asking for my 1 years no claim - explained the situation and then received additional premiums - Big Con! I have complained to the Insurance Omnibus services

I tried to send no claims bonus proof but after the third time of trying you took away my discount even though you could see my no claimswas states clearly although the form was not accepted. When it was later reinstated after getting the correct form to yourselves I was then charged Ā£35 administration fee. Ive now changed my car & it’s cost over Ā£209 which I think is ridiculous.

Unable to assist customer on call back basis. Phoned & sent messages severally for a call back or help be sort my car telematics that couldn’t just show blue signal up till now I’m yet to have a follow up rather receive emails on how you will cancel my insurance, that shows you don’t listen to your clients. Very poor customer service. The last time I called, I was on the phone for over an hour with my children in the car just waiting for the telematics to be fixed but you all failed me. No assistance

Was charged £183 for changing my occupation from unemployed to in full time employment and no one could explain why. Customer service team are dreadful as they show no sympathy and are completely unhelpful. This insurance company are a bunch of robbing bastards who will charge you for breathing the same air as them. Dirty crooks.

Premiums went up before I paid my first installment I could have stayed with my previous insurance and paid the same.

I have received numerous emails stating that my careful driving could result in reduced premiums but I am still paying the full amount. I would like to know for definite if I am due some discount.

If you drive safety, it going all right, and the insurance is going less on your money, that’s good point! The worst one: if you want to leaving, for any reason, you have to pay(in my opinion) to much for this, a lot of money, just for reason: the cancellation fee + the daily cost of the insurance and how many days you have been on cover!

I had a black box fitted to my car that tracked my miles, when I done a quote I put that I would do 3000 miles in the year, I don’t know my miles and within 3 months I had done 3000 miles. I was told I had to up my miles so I upped the miles to 12000 for the year. They wanted and extra 1600 ish pound for the remaining 7 months which worked out 240 pound extra on top of my original 108 pound, so my insurance each month would have been just under 350 a month, my car isn’t even worth that! How you actually expect anyone to be able to afford that is beyond me, the reason I got the car I did, is so I could afford insurance for my first year. Also my driving score was really good (87) and I had only saved 50 pound for the year! And the only way I could save anymore money is if I upped my score by 10 point which is impossible to do. So basically I saved my self 50 pound and lost 1600 pound, I’ve swapped insurance over to another company now as it worked out cheaper for me to do that an have to pay 2 months up front all over again then it would have been if I stayed with you for the remaining 7 months
