My insurance went up with a good score.

I don’t think it’s fair to get a yearly price for insurance then your price to go up and down , I don’t understand how this can be acceptable ? .. I also think the black box is a stupid idea for older drivers.

It's been 8 months with you and I am driving good, my scores are always 95 and not getting any discount.

I have to pay a little higher at the start thinking the discount will be great ( as recommended by my friend) however it wasn't considering I have driven quite well.

Although I am happy I received a reduction on my payments through my good driving, I am still annoyed that I was still charged a fee for one missed payment after explaining that my wallet had been stolen and the bank cancelled all direct debits. Despite advising your representative I was threatened that my policy would be cancelled if I missed a payment

Wise Driving make it very difficult to contact them. There is a charge for contacting them by telephone and they prefer emails. I have tried to email them several times to simply change a Direct Debit date but get no reply. Also, Wise Driving contacted my saying my account was in arrears by £129.92, the exact amount that they had written to me the week before to tell me that I had been refunded for safe driving. They wouldn't speak to me until I had paid off the arrears and never replied when I pointed out their error. Poor service.

I am a new driver and when I set up my cover I only inputted online 4000 miles. I was not advised that this was perhaps too little. when the milage was running out I called and spoke to an operative at length and she explained that I needed to buy extra miles. from my understanding we had discussed over 8000 miles to add. she stated that I could do it over the phone with her but I would incure a administration fee or I could do it online on my dash board. I stated to her that had never been able to access it as it wouldn't let me in with the details I had and could not let me change the password. the lady stated that she would help me with my dashboard and the milage quite was waiting for me to approve online. I did as per her instruction, remembering I have not done anything like this before. I was charged £318 for these extra miles and I believed that I had enough to last me till the end of my policy. I have recently had an email stating that again I am within 500 miles of my limit, and already am paying yourself £236 a month to you. which is very hard to manage. I have sent a few emails which haven't really been very useful. I was quoted 7000 miles for and extra £272. I am struggling to understand why inwas charged £318 for apparently 1352 miles and quoted that's last night. I can't afford to keep adding miles when I feel like I have been ill advised. I need help with this matter and I have paid so much for this policy.

The acceleration monitoring is too sensitive and doesn’t correspond to real world driving, you are taught when driving to keep up with the traffic and when you do you get penalised for it.

Too expensive, always seems to be a hidden cost or “undisclosed premium” the people I’ve dealt with have been lovely however as a company and a new driver, I feel completely ripped off and had to do all the phoning around to find out information that isn’t clear or available online. The website updates are good and the money back if you’re a good driver is great however when I’m charged almost £400 to change my car details for less than 6 months it isn’t that much help!

I have been with wise driving for just under a year now and seem to have nothing but problems. First of all i had to change my address that my license was registered to even after explaining i am in the armed forces and would like to have my mail sent to my home address rather then camp but that wasn’t allowed for some reason. Secondly they said i had to change my email address because the emails they were sending werent going through to the registered email address, however, have received an email asking me to do a questionnaire.

Well firstly, the blackbox it's too sensible and as an example: if I am in like 30mph and need to reduce the speed and by mistake I put the car in the 2nd gear instead of the 3rd gear, the blackbox takes it like a hard braking and penalises me... Also if I don't accelerate like a granny, and I accelerate normally the black box says that I accelerated too quick and penalises me which it's not good... And the last: the price of the insurance for third party it's a bit high too.
