“The black box isn't a normal one that you'd plug in and requires a mechanic to correctly attach it to the battery. I only had the black box for 6 days and they cancelled my policy with immediate effect. I called them to apologise and ask if the policy could be reinstated as I had managed to find a garage who could fit it that day (doesn't seem much time given we are in the middle of a global pandemic!). They have refused to reinstate the policy, will not offer me and now asking for £150 meaning I will have paid £350 for 2 weeks insurance.”

“I have written my review with 1 star score and the review is removed from this page ? Its a absolute cheat Telematics Fee they charge is a absolute cheat and hidden charge. They have not installed black box in my car and charged me £150 for it. Wise drive is the most worst company”

“Wisedriving black box has helped understand my driving habits and helps me to improve in weaker areas to become a better driver with the online breakdown chart. I have only been with wisedriving for a few months and I have already received money back reward for my driving. It is ideal for new drivers.”

“Hard to reach. Their “preferred method of communication” are emails but nobody ever gets back to you. Over the phone staff are blunt and not very helpful. Only towards the end when I found out I had an open claim, did I stumble onto a lovely lady who kept in touch with re the process and updated me.”
