Add miles and I must to pay more extra for £270/month for Peugeot 1.1 petrol ... for adding 2500 miles.... and I have black box .... no accident....

Apparently my blackbox was either a dud or not installed correctly (even though it was installed by a mechanic!) and then they cancel my insurance after a matter of days, no refund, no option to prove it was installed, nothing. No customer support or regard to ensuring customers are happy at all. Without doubt one of the poorest businesses practices I have experienced. When challenged they responded 'Well, we didn't receive communication from you saying you couldn't install it or that it wasn't working?' .. well no sh*t, I thought it was done correctly.

Surprisingly straight forward and no false claims. I was concerned about being charged more but I actually earned money back within 2 months and was informed about everything along the way

I want to give very good, but I want to put my wife as a second driver but they said your wife not working and we can’t put as a second driver also I work restaurant sometime I finish 11 pm and I am not allowed to drive after 11 , I think that should be fine because I drive on motorway and 11 clock it’s empty motorway.

Hi, Some changes to the policy and insurer will not accept as it changes the policy to be to high a risk for them to cover. In regards to driving at night, there is no curfew so you are able to drive at any time, but driving between the hours of 11 pm and 5 am will affect the time of day score. It is a common misconception that as the roads are quieter at night this means that you’re less likely to be involved in an accident. A higher number of accidents happen during the day, so people think It’s more dangerous to drive during the day. This is not the case, based on the number of cars on the roads a higher percentage are involved in accidents at night and these are typically more serious. Great pricing and chance to lower insurance if you drive sensibly. Would recommend to new drivers who are looking to drive safely and save some money on the side.

Been with wise drive for around 2 months, excellent quick service, easy website to use and rewarding, many friends have a black box and pay more than what I do and do not get a lot of features such as the rewards part.

Appalling service. Wouldn't send an engineer out to have a look at my box as it doesn't fit my battery. Then was told I had to cancel my insurance because of this and tried to charge me all the cancellation fees. Stay clear of Wise Driving.

My elderly neighbour had his identity stolen, probably from the voting register. His name and address were used to secure car insurance with a number of companies. The policies were then cancelled. The companies then wrote to my neighbour confirming cancellation apart from WiseDriving who also included a threat to collect a cancellation fee. All the companies except WiseDriving achknowledged the phone call to inform them of the identity theft. Yet despite four phone calls and a letter to the CEO, Mr Munro, all providing WiseDriving with police crime numbers - this company is still sending letters to my neighbour and now has twice threatened him with a debt collection agency. If this is how they behave I would have a very hard think before you give them your business.

Do not use this comlany .they took £204 from me and will not I've it back. I called over 60 times to get a black box fitted and they never once picked up the phone. Because I complained about this they cancelled my insurance without telling me. I got pulled over by the police and I'm in danger of losing my licence. Every time I call them too discus they hang up the phone. PLEASE DO NOT USE. also worth mentioning the moment you get insurance from they they up your monthly cost without any warning. They 're rude nAsty people
