It is a great insurance company until you get to the black box score review where it only says that your score is bad but they don t tell you how to improve it and instead they just charge you more.

I didn’t have a good start they took ages to get my box fitted there Delay then threatened to cancel my insurance because the box hadn’t been fitted, then I couldn’t log in to my online account to upload my no claims so they cancelled it during xmas period when I couldn’t speak to anyone in that department, then charge me a premium for my no claims so basically my no claims mean nothing now because of the charge then to they charged me £35 admin fee and didn’t change my direct debit so it bounced and I got a fee off the bank a marker on my credit report so all in all it’s not been a good start I pray I never have to use them for a claim

I have only just started driving and I make some mistakes but this has helped me fine tune my weaknesses and my subscriptions have already come down each month and recieved a refund I can't believe it - very happy

After paying my insurance for the year in full before it was due and had the black box fitted I was told the man who came to fit it would check my no claims bonus, he told me he had already seen it. I then received several emails to say I they hadn't received my no claims to which I replied by sending it by post. Another full amount was taken out christmas eve which took my full overdraft and was left without money over the festive period. I wouldn't recommend them and after my year finishes I will be doing elsewhere. I did finally get some money refunded but still have bank charges to pay. . .

Very bad service, They like to give you big fines Cancellation fee £75 for the box After you pay first instalment will charge £150

I really do recommend this insurance company. Not only is it affordable insurance, the customer service they provide is excellent. Sadly had my parked car crashed into and as I’ve never had to report an accident before I was a bit useless over the phone but they went above and beyond to help, they’ve keep me updated throughout the process, got a really nice hired car whilst I’m getting everything sorted. Every single person I had spoken to was extremely nice and professional. As long as you pay your payments on time and if you follow their term and agreements I don’t see why you would have an issue. Been with them for 2 years and have not had a single issue.

Would never use this company again, refuse to accept that their is a problem with a black box fitted in my sons car, just so they can rank up premium. I've asked for independent analysis but refused, asked for another black box to be sent, again refused, all they keep saying is nothing wrong with data. I'm also insured on the vehicle and have been a professional driver for over 35 years and still get the same data as my son, all I got back in a message is how to drive better 🤬🤬🤬🤬, I'm probably getting some 18 year old kid on the other end telling me how to drive.

I'm not one to usually complain but the service and treatment I received from WiseDriving was absolutely appalling. They canceled my insurance after only giving me one opportunity to install the black box. The next available opportunity (when their installers were next in the area) was outside of their 14 day period so guess what they cancelled my insurance with immediate effect. They are now requesting a further £150 as a cancellation fee which means I would have paid them £250 in total for literally 6 weeks cover (total cost of insurance was £650). This company is running a racket and I will be making a complaint to the FCA and contesting this, please avoid at all costs. Ps. read Google reviews as well and you will see how appalling this company is.

Wise Driving is a very good insurance company and i would highly recommend for new drivers, i have been with the company for two months and already the price of my insurance has gone done as a reward for good driving. Couldn’t be happier with my insurance
