“Been with WiseDriving since Aug 2019- so far everything is going fine. I had a driver write my previous car off and wise driving were great once some misunderstandings between the accident management company were addressed. So far I have received £206.36 refund on my insurance. Be aware though, you will only get a physical refund into your bank if you pay for your insurance in one go- if you pay monthly, the refund will be divided by the remaining duration of your policy and will be deducted from your monthly premium. e.g. a £200 refund with 10 months remaining will result in your monthly premium being reduced by £20.”

“Increased my premium from £56 to £106 after 2 months for having a higher score with no opportunity for decrease. Will never go with them again.”

“Wise driving is a very unfair company they are out to rob people to put you in a worst off position start out great and gradually they raised your premium to sky high and when u cancel they tell you there is a balance to pay when they should be giving you back from what you pay I would not even recommend my worst enemy so I give you zero stars I wish this company could go under and I am going to publish this until it get where everyone can see it”

“I cancelled my insurance, because I sold my car and They collected £75+ £90 fees charged in full.”

When cancelling a policy mid-term there are cancellation fee’s that you would incur for not finishing the policy year with us, these are outlined on our website and on the Terms & Conditions of the policy. “I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, pay the extra £200/300 the other company's are offering. This company will save you money initially but a month after you will be charged £400. I work for the post office as a driver and drive my car exactly the same as I do at work, I've always had good scores at work but apparently my breaking was too hard on wises telematic device. It's an absolute con and they should be ashamed taking money mainly off new and young drivers.”
