After paying my insurance for the year in full before it was due and had the black box fitted I was told the man who came to fit it would check my no claims bonus, he told me he had already seen it. I then received several emails to say I they hadn't received my no claims to which I replied by sending it by post. Another full amount was taken out christmas eve which took my full overdraft and was left without money over the festive period. I wouldn't recommend them and after my year finishes I will be doing elsewhere. I did finally get some money refunded but still have bank charges to pay.
