Excellent service and good prices. However I have two classic cars insured with you and they are rarely used, but I like to keep them insured, and you still charge £40 brokerage charge per car.

This is the first time I have used Performance Direct so I don’t know too much about them. I was pleased with the price they gave me. I asked for the insurance documents to be sent to me by post, but I am still waiting for them ! I am a little disappointed with that.

Everything went smoothly online easy enough to download the insurance certificate and documents. But I did have problems printing them out, some text came out as light grey, almost unreadable. One phone call and they were put in the to me, first class service.

So far so good. Got the best price for my insurance renewal with these guys. 4 stars as I haven't needed to claim, so I don't know for sure how good they are. Hopefully I won't need to. I did report 2 minor problems with my policy which I was told would make no difference and that the operative would correct in August. I received an email to the same, but still no confirmation of the correction being made. Again adding to the rating of 4 stars 🌟

Renewal process was fine other than having to search in the attached documents to find the renewal premium. It could have been communicated in the headline emails / texts rather than just in the schedule document.

The only criticism I’d like to make is I found it a little bit annoying that My note claim bonus record was difficult to find from my previous insurer after numerous emails. I finally managed to find the insurer and forward my details to the company apart from that I’mhappy with the services provided.

After a long queue to get through on the phone, the service was excellent. I think I spoke to a lady called Linda who was very competent and explained everything I needed.
