“Really easy to deal with online, documents arrived electronically! The only reason not given 5 stars is that you only find out how good your insurer really is when you need to make a claim”

“Ended up going for another year with Performance direct as the renewal price was so competitive, despite the fact I nearly went with someone else as I requested a renewal quote a month before due date and it was more than most competitors! How does that work? Anyway, alls well that ends well.”

“Everything went smoothly until I downloaded the app. I was unable to view my documents on it. I contacted the helpline and they were very helpful and emailed me the documents straight away. All in all a good service.”

“Albeit, an increase of the premium this year was anticipated, I did not budget for the sum that was quoted! Given the vehicle details and my own personal circumstances remain as they did for last year, a 25% rise was a surprise. Happy with the same level of professional service that Performance has consistently delivered and of course, the Tracker UK security is most reassuring.”

“Mostly pretty good. My only suggestion is, when you send me an email to renew, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT VEHICLE YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT! Some people have more than 1 you know ...... Otherwise would have been 5 stars”
