Had sent numerous pictures of garage and car still kept chasing. To say we need to see pictures of garage and car at home location, not very efficient.

Usually very good service. However this time on Renewal, no letter or email was sent just an email to say to Login into your web site. No renewal price was price was given, and the money was just taken. The price was okay, but it would be nice to know how much things are.

Premium far higher than the rate of inflation considering I have excess of 10 years plus no claims bonus, and a clean driving licence.

Have insured with this company for a few years and price is good - as it should be - but I only found out about this year's renewal price from my credit card statement after the fact, no prior renewal notice or quote at all.

The price is competitive and they cover classic and modified vehicles. The rating would be higher if the website was more reliable and communication was improved.

Taking out the policy online was a simple matter, however, some confusion was created by multiple e,mails from Insurer regarding regìstration of policy. This had been done @ first request.

Purchased car insurance and when I got the policy by email it said that there are issues that need to be addressed. When I checked there were two issues and both were optional but still said there was two issues. If they are optional then they don’t need to be addressed.

I've been asked to write a review of performance of this motor insurance company, surely the best review I could give would be at the end of my insurance contract, because I did everything else, I've had absolutely no contact with anyone what so ever from performance, so please feel free to send this next January
