“I have taken out a policy with Performance Direct through Confused.com
My policy is due to start on the 21/10 but although I have received an acceptance email, I have still no view of my paperwork relating to the policy. Their website says that my documents are being processed.
I have never had it before that with only 3 days to go before the comencement of the policy the Insurer is still processing paperwork. This has been the case since the 25/9.
I hope that should I ever need to claim they are faster than this.”
