“I had a quote for my classic car. The price was great. Paid and downloaded their app. All the docs are on there at the press of a button. No hassles they did the digging on NCB etc off the system so I would highly recommend the quote and purchase process. Not claimed yet and hopefully never will so I can't comment on that side but going by the front end process being very slick I would imagine the same for a claim
