“Absolute disaster of a company. Avoid at all costs. Took my car insurance payment twice. Took weeks to get back. They denied it a first. It's a scam company. Please avoid at all costs. If its cheap and sounds to good to be true, it probably isn't true.”

“this is my 2nd time with performance direct over 4 years, they have come up as the best all round price and full full comp, my experience has always been positive and p[leasant, i called and was through within minutes, i got all the imformation on policy double checked and confirmed via operator sales person, wasnt rushed or hurried through the process either which was good for me as i strugle with communication and information , in all a good experience, but no doubt at end of year the policy will be super high and im forced to leave to find chaper, then a year passes on they come in cheap again, dont figure, but highlr recomend them, portal is good as well very simple,”
