“Initial quote was good, but when I changed vehicle price shot up considerably. I had expected a price increase but compared to other insurers was much more expensive. Needless to say I will be shopping around next year!”
“Only 3 stars as it took a very long time to get through on the phone to renew my policy. It would have been one star if it wasn't for the excellent service I received once I did manage to get a reply. I would suggest more staff to cope with demand. Covid could be causing staff problems but it took me five attempts at various times and days before I could speak to someone. Next year I may well try elsewhere which is a shame as I've been with this broker a number of years”
