“I'm sorry but I don't like phone calls,email's and text asking to renew 2 weeks or so after I have renewed and paid.”

“Sadly I have been unable to download my Insurance Documents for my recently renewed Car Insurance. I was unable to access my "on line" personal account, as my E. Mail was deemed unacceptable. I contacted PD by phone and was assured my documents would be sent by E. Mail I am still waiting!”
