“When I contacted HomeProtect informing them that I needed to make a claim they replied very quickly and made the whole procedure very easy and understandable . Never have I claimed before and their correspondence and very polite staff was just top quality . Put your mind at rest and get insured with HomeProtect you won’t be disappointed and you can relax knowing you’ve got the best insurance you can get . They’re 100% perfection .”

“Competitive quote which we liked. Wasn’t a great phone line and the person on the other end was very brusque. We didn’t receive the quote by email as she incorrectly recorded my email address. Next person we spoke to was much more helpful.”

“Homeprotect offer competitively-priced home insurance. It was easy for me to sign up and everything was very clear both during this stage and in the documentation received. When the start date came around, my policy activated without any further effort on my part. Please note that I have not spoken to any customer service representatives, nor have I made a claim, so I cannot comment on these aspects.”

“Was initially extremely disappointed when they would not renew with flood cover included. Still bought the insurance without flood cover. One month later got back in contact , acknowledged they made an error. Now have insurance with flood cover. The price remained the same for a year , absolute stars”
