When I contacted HomeProtect informing them that I needed to make a claim they replied very quickly and made the whole procedure very easy and understandable . Never have I claimed before and their correspondence and very polite staff was just top quality . We have remained with One Call for several years, renewal quotes are very reasonable, no huge increases. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Very competitive rates when compared to other providers.

Awful service and high cost for renewing your policy. Do not use this company. Realised after 2 years was being charged well above new customers with the same requirements as me. Was promised one renewal amount verbally which would be confirmed by email with 24-48 hours. Email never arrived. Was promised a call back at a certain time twice and these never happened either. Mandy the manager / team leader (who I was told is also know as Anita?!) seems helpful when you talk to her on the phone but is in fact totally unreliable and does not follow up as promised.

First day and so far so good. All electronic but looks effective. Proof of the pudding will be if and when we require to speak to an operative. Hopefully this will never happen. Recommend on limited experience.

I had been very anxious about house insurance as I live in a listed property and previous insurers not very keen to continue to insure listed properties despite not having made a claim for years. I had been recommended Homeprotect by a few friends and I was delighted with the service. I spoke to a really helpful and efficient member of staff and the price of the insurance was very competitive. I feel like a weight has been taken off my shoulders. Thankyou Homeprotect.

Hi. We cover our home buildings and contents with Homeprotect. We find Homeprotect very good to deal with, so far no need for claims. I am giving a low score because we then enquired (sales) about covering another property. More business for Homeprotect ! We are due for renewal with our current provider in November. Sales told us not possible, but I wasn't confident in the respondent (uncertain), so I went through Chat. There our property info was assessed, taken and reviewed by another, with the conclusion Homeprotect would cover us (transcript). Confusing. I have emailed the service number (twice) for a call back to clarify but no response. Not sure how to assess Homeprotect. Happy to reassess if we can clarify this. Thanks.
