“I had to change something on my new Home/Contents Policy details recently and got through very quickly and talked to a very helpful person, who sorted this for me and sent me the amended documents. “Very easy to renew; we have never made a claim so we can’t comment on how easy that might be. However, we were a bit shocked at the premium increase and restrictions whilst covering our extension building works. It increased the annual payment by around 33%.”

“The insurance policy is fair in the current market. Customer service however was less than pleasing. The staff who answer the calls are extremely helpful and pleasant, but beyond them it was a struggle to get action on the issue that I needed rectifying. A two week wait in the end.”
