“I still have not received any policy documents nor do I know what I am covered for and what happen to the 14 days cooling off period? ... seriously guys you have a good product and good competitive pricing but shame about the after service . I guess this survey gives customers the opportunity to tell you what's wrong and anyone winning any prize well I guess I am not going to for sure.”

“Good value cover for the price - although the proof will be if we have to make a claim. I would prefer if the management of the direct debit payment was not out-sourced to a third party who uses a very long complex contract written in dense legalese.”
