“Great insurance cover but why wait till I've decided to buy and pay for my insurance before you notify me that you need proof of my car inside my garage. I went away on holiday the day after I took out the insurance just to get an email a week later thanking me but that you would require these photos. You sent me umpteen emails to which I replied saying I was on holiday. Luckily I got back just before the deadline to take the required photos. It stressed me out and spoilt my holiday. State it in the requirements at time of purchase not after.”
