“I was checking I had breakdown insurance as not showing on docs even though I specifically requested the cover. I rang up to be told that extra. I rang again as still couldn't see it only to be told that covered at no cost but documentation incorrect”

“Had to contact to get best price. Then had to ring again to sort out but 2nd person I spoke to was absolutely brilliant he posted out my policy which the first person said they don't do from a repeat customer”

“I asked if they did a extra windshield cover for an a class motorhome willing to pay a bit more but it suddenly jumped up £600 not good when they only offer £600 cover as standard”
