“I wasn’t particularly impressed with the process, firstly I was quoted over ÂŁ60 more than going on comparethemarket, so I phoned up & they reduced the price for me, but this reduction would not appear on my grove & dean app, so I couldn’t automatically renew, so I had to phone up, which took time, once through to the costumer service representative, I was out on hold while he said he’ll just get up the payment screen up, I was on hold for around 10 minutes, so I hung up, as soon as I hung up, he phoned me straight back, so I’m not sure what he was doing, but I don’t like to be left on hold for that long while I’m busy, he then took payment.
So if you want to improve your service, check prices first then send me a quote, if I have to phone up don’t leave me on hold wasting my time & sort the app out so I don’t have to phone up on the first place.”
