“Just changed to this company and found the experience has been good so far. I have not had to use any of the follow up procedures but the push to go online with all my details and handle it without personal contact means I have dropped 1 star. I am of the generation where talking to a person is so much more preferable to entering digits on a form particularly when a questionnaire can be obscure when giving it the response you want (not the answer the programme writer thinks you should give).”
