“We had some difficulty identifying what we needed as there was no model number on our original invoice (we were arranging for replacement of gazebo walls which had gone astray). Everything was neatly packaged when it was delivered. The one hiccup was that the goods were delivered two days earlier than arranged - fortunately there was someone there to take delivery.”

“The products sold are very good quality. I've got 2 6x3m aluminium pro extreme gazebos and they're excellent. The Velcro on the half wall kits is not strong enough, need to be thicker pieces like the ones on the side walls. The canopies are much improved now they have rings sewn into the corners rather than round eyelets. I have had issues with receiving the incorrect items a few times but they have always been quick to send out the correct items once notified.”

“I would like very much if you could please pass on my thanks to the Sales Team at Gazebo Shop for the prompt and professional manner in which my request and order were processed and dispatched. In particular I would like to give a special mention to Debbie Goode. She has been excellent throughout and has made this a very pleasurable experience. She has kept in constant communication and remained cheerful and professional and I believe is hugely beneficial to the companies sales team. “After having some difficulty understanding and managing to get a design done in the right format the gazebo delivered is great, very sturdy and colors and logo just what we wanted. It has withstood very windy conditions which our previous standard gazebo did not. The sides are very thick and zip together which is good as stops stuff inside getting wet. The pricing on the website vs the quote can also be a bit confusing. For the price however it would be much better customer service if they offered to convert logos and wording to their required format instead of quoting £35 every time it isn't quite correct for work that takes only a few minutes.”

Hi Shireen, Thank you for taking the time to write a positive review for Gazeboshop. We are pleased to hear you are satisfied with the colour and print quality of your custom printed gazebo. However, we would just like to clarify that you were never charged for the redraw of your logo and that we arranged for your artwork to be redrawn along with providing you with free visuals. In order for our art worker to produce a free visual, all logo’s must be supplied vectorised, however, some files are unable to be saved as a vector which is why you and our artwork team were both unable to save your logo in the correct format. Usually logo redraws cost anything from £35+VAT depending on the number of hours it takes to redraw a logo. If you require more information, please speak to a member of our friendly sales team on 01295 258922.

“The gazeboshop was and excellent first stop as a first time buyer and the friendliness and support of the staff ensured that it was our last stop. The options are straightforward and it's easy to find a gazebo to match your requirements. The quality of printing is outstanding and seems certain to stand the test of time - completely absent of flimsy iron-on-type transfers. We were against a very tight deadline but they pulled out all the stops to ensure we were kitted out in time for our first day's market trading.”
