“Thank you for all your help with our insurance claim for the loss of equipment whilst on camp with the Scouts at Easter. I have telephoned this morning as I am disappointed with the bags that came with the replacement gazebos, the last ones we had were a lot stronger, with wheels and carry handles at each end. They also had a large pocket on the front where we could store the roofs. The bags that came with the new ones are a lot weaker, the handles are in the middle and very thin, the Scouts struggled to carry them. The Gazebos also hang out of the end of the bag, instead of being enclosed with a zip closer. I look forward to your comments.”

“We had some difficulty identifying what we needed as there was no model number on our original invoice (we were arranging for replacement of gazebo walls which had gone astray). Everything was neatly packaged when it was delivered. The one hiccup was that the goods were delivered two days earlier than arranged - fortunately there was someone there to take delivery.”

“The products sold are very good quality. I've got 2 6x3m aluminium pro extreme gazebos and they're excellent. The Velcro on the half wall kits is not strong enough, need to be thicker pieces like the ones on the side walls. The canopies are much improved now they have rings sewn into the corners rather than round eyelets. I have had issues with receiving the incorrect items a few times but they have always been quick to send out the correct items once notified.”

“I would like very much if you could please pass on my thanks to the Sales Team at Gazebo Shop for the prompt and professional manner in which my request and order were processed and dispatched. In particular I would like to give a special mention to Debbie Goode. She has been excellent throughout and has made this a very pleasurable experience. She has kept in constant communication and remained cheerful and professional and I believe is hugely beneficial to the companies sales team.
