“The quality of the gazebo my company bought is high standard. I had a delightful team member called Craig who was always polite and helpful when dealing with by email and phone. They pushed an urgent order out for us and got we received it in time for an important event. Highly recommend.”

“I had great service from the minute I called to order my gazebo to sorting out a problem. I had a problem with one of the legs collapsing due to a clip not locating properly. But a quick call and I had 2 replacements sent. Unfortunately it still didn't work so I was sent a new leg assembly which has worked. So can't fault the service.”

“The service was excellent & although we had a problem with one of the canopies after a couple of months,I contacted you by email & Luigi got back to me by phone & organised a collection/replacement asap. Thanks for the help & I will certainly purchase from Gasebo shop should I require any more canopies.”

“They accommodated our special request for a gazebo to match the fabric of our original one (5 years old) so they could be used alongside each other at shows. This meant the correct fabric needed to be ordered specially.”

“I know NOTHING about gazebos. Craig talked me through all my options. He listened to what I needed and did exactly as requested. The service was so good we are now thinking of using Gazeboshop for all our dealers Gazebo needs (both Uk and Europe) I cant rate this company highly enough.”

“We choose Gazeboshop as they had just what we needed for an event. From an initial inquiry to artwork submission, proofing and then printing and delivery, our order was handled in a really efficient and helpfull manner. Special mention to Craig who I have dealt with, he was superb and we had our Gazebo's within a tight timeframe and in time for our event. I would recommend Gazeboshop.”

“I needed a Gazebo for the RHS Flower Show at very short notice. After contacting many on line companies I decided to place my order with the Gazebo Shop. I received fantastic help and advice from Craig at the Gazebo Shop, he was reliable, professional and efficient! As promised my Gazebo turned up on time, with the printed valence. Buying on line I was a bit worried about the quality of the Gazebo, however, this was unfounded, the quality of the Gazebo, both the fabric and frame, was fantastic and I was more than happy with it. I would defiantly recommend Gazebo Shop and I will be using them in the future!”

“Thank you for all your help with our insurance claim for the loss of equipment whilst on camp with the Scouts at Easter. I have telephoned this morning as I am disappointed with the bags that came with the replacement gazebos, the last ones we had were a lot stronger, with wheels and carry handles at each end. They also had a large pocket on the front where we could store the roofs. The bags that came with the new ones are a lot weaker, the handles are in the middle and very thin, the Scouts struggled to carry them. The Gazebos also hang out of the end of the bag, instead of being enclosed with a zip closer. I look forward to your comments.”
