“I have bought 2 mini marquees from Gazebo shop for personal use over recent years, and have been extremely impressed by the quality of the products, and the ease with which they are erected. When I came to purchase 6 gazebos for the Village Fair, using money awarded by the Big Lottery Fund, the Gazebo Shop was the natural supplier. Their staff offered a great deal on this purchase, and arranged specific delivery terms to suit us immediately before the day of the fair. Everyone at the fair was impressed by what we had bought, and the impact they had on the day. I have no hesitation in recommending both the products and service offered by Gazebo Shop.”

“the Heavy Duty Steel one was great, sturdy, super easy to put up and smart looking : ) we decided to get another one and Gazebo shop gave us a discount on the grounds we are a charity! Custmer service was efficient and well managed too.....all in all very satsfied : ))”

“We currently have eight 3 x 3 and one 6x3 pro 40 gazebos which we have been trading with over the last 6 years we use these every week of the year in some awful weather conditions and never have any problems, they are quick and easy to erect and built for the job. I would recommend them every time”

“Gazeboshop was excellent. We had been let down by another company being unable to fulfil our order in time for a show, and Gazeboshop were excellent about getting our printed gazebo turned around in record time - 8 days from order to delivery! The gazebo is really great quality and just what we were looking for. The Pro50 withstood 60mph winds at a recent show, so it's an extremely sturdy frame!”

“A little slow of the mark but that was as much my fault as yours as my files didn't seem to send so that's not a complaint. Shaun was very helpful, good communication throughout which is key for me! He kept me updated at every stage so I knew exactly what was going on so credit to him. Quality of the product is fantastic, speed f delivery was incredible, i will certainly be buying more from you as I get the money, next up a valence wrap. Thanks for the gazebo, over the moon with it”

“From the beginning of the process to delivery I have been very impressed with Gazeboshop. Angelina looked after our order and was very professional and personable throughout, she really came across as caring for our custom. I am equally impressed with the final product especially the custom print job, it looks brilliant and will stand out in the British Superbike Paddock for sure. It's not everyday such customer service is experienced but I will have no hesitation in recommending the company to other racers.”

“item took 3 months to arrive... tried putting me in steel version as it transpired item was listed wrong on website. fair dues it was honoured but then no holdall/bag for main units had to chase, there is no paperwork, instructions, care information whatsoever. also on videos i had to search on you tube to set it up, mine is different to the compact ones on there... they wind the centre shaft up with winding handle..also the top cover/roof section is perm mounted to main unit so much easier to erect. unimpressed to be fair.”

Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback. Our apologies for the delay however you were told (at time of ordering) that stock wasn’t due in until the end of February/beginning of March. With regards to the incorrect listing on website – unfortunately the particular product in question underwent changes / was redesigned and part of this was the way the product was to be packaged. This meant that the storage bag would come in a separate package. We are sorry you had to chase us for this. To avoid this happening in future the storage bag is now packaged together with the frame (rather than two separate packages). Re. Missing paperwork, instructions and care information – again we’re sorry you didn’t receive these. This paperwork is now included in the packaging of the frame with the instructions. The video you refer to was for our Compact Steel frame which does have a wind up peak pole. Our Compact Aluminium frames however have a pull up pole – a video for this will be available shortly. Our apologies for the this. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and level of service we can. “A very good product and I have to say the best customer service I have had from any business in a long time. The phone staff were very courteous, helping me with questions about the most suitable type of weights for the gazebo, delivery times (next day!!!) and everything else. The online "chat" service was also very well done and very quick. I would highly recommend gazeboshop.co.uk for all your gazebo/outdoor needs. Excellent product, easy to use and brilliant customer service.”
