“Our experience with this shop was a mixture as we received an item that was fine however the picture was quite misleading. On the other hand, the return and refund was handled efficiently and quickly”

“Had to fit a new roof to our pergola, which is 4 years old. It had been left out at times in the wet and it got ripped trying to put away. Have purchased new roof and simple process to fit. Looks as good as new.”

“I was really impressed and amazed with the speed of delivery. I went for a 2x2 Aluminium Extreme 40 Series gazebo, hoping a 4/5 strength rating would be adequate for my needs. I wanted a yellow colour to fit with my brand. I purchased from 'Gazeboshop' because they offered a great selection of colours, sizes and strength options. I also purchased the containers for filling with sand as weights. The Gazebo got put to the test on the first day of use. Blustery, wet weather when setting up at my first event and there were strong gusts of wind all day. (The West of Ireland weather can be challenging). “Excellent gazebo, 6m x 3m so spacious, 10 mins to put up including putting up the sides. Good value, strong and sturdy....I would recommend to buy the sand bags for protection against the wind.”

“The image in the website was misleading and the print package was not what I thought I had purchased. The additional cost to get what I wanted was 50% above the quote, so a refund was given. At least there was no quibble on that, and the refund was processed quickly which is the reason for three stars.”

“Great gazebo, excellent customer service. My new gazebo was delivered promptly which was a blessing because I only had that one day before I started on a month camping trip. Unfortunately when I started to put it up, I discovered that two of the connectors were broken. However when I phoned, then emailed photos, the wonderful lady in sales assured me that they would send out replacement connectors. They even did an express overnight delivery on Saturday so that I didn't have to spend all weekend sleeping with my gear in my small van! Things can and do go wrong, so I'm very glad that I bought from a British company that practices excellent customer service. Thanks Gazebo Shop.”
