“We required a new canopy for an older frame, telephone support was good and guided us to the correct item on the website. Our order arrived very quickly and we are delighted with the new canopy. Colour and size were just right.”

“We are happy with the items but when delivered they were left at the schools back gate, luckily a member of staff noticed them. They could have been stolen.”

Leaving the goods unattended at the back gate of the school is certainly not what we expect from our courier service. We always instruct our drivers to ensure deliveries are made safely and securely - ideally handed over to a member of staff or left in a clearly designated safe place. For security reasons, we only allow couriers to leave goods unattended if specifically requested by the customer. “Disappointed with the quality of 2 side bars I purchased for my Extreme 40 gazebo. Shown in the photo as fitting on the bottom of the gazebo leg- they don't, they fit above the pull out pin, half way up the leg. The quality of the aluminium was poor with cracks in the metal at the end of the bar where it had been flattened to add the square bracket. Wing nuts that tighten to secure the square brackets to the leg are also of poor quality- poorly made with rough edges. I expected more for nearly £100 (including postage)!”

“After reviewing several companies I determined that Gazeboshop appeared to offer the best product for my requirements, especially the fact that it is flame retardant. Delivery promised was prompt, unfortunately due to a family emergency I could not be in and did not contact the company. Upon my return I contacted them, they were fully understanding and the product wad redelivered. The gazebo was easily assembled, fully height adjustable and construction is excellent. I particularly like the zip method for the side panels. Price is competitive. Very pleased and happy to recommend this company.”

“From start to finish, my expeirence with Gazeboshop has been outstanding. Easy to navigate store which guided me to exactly what I needed (a pump for an unusual inflatable). Quick confirmation and delivery, including accommodating special instructions that were added. Item was exactly as described, well packaged and with all necessary adapters. I followed up the delivery with an admin request a few weeks after the item had been delivered (an invoice), and received it within a matter of minutes. Truly excellent service all round.”
