“This is my 2nd gazebo! I bought it after considering other options (parasol / stretch tent) when I realised the gazebo provides the most stable structure. It’s also designed in a very user friendly way - easy to assemble etc although for me, as an active 73 year old, I did need an extra person to help me pull the structure from it’s closed position to the first stage.”

“For this particular order we ordered the 3m concertina table. When we ordered it we also ordered many other things from elsewhere to go with it that covered 3m end to end. When the table was delivered it said 2.8m on it and we then had to either return or lose money on some of the things we had already purchased to go with it as they now did not fit.”

Hello Amy, Thank you for your review, and I'm sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the size of the concertina table you received. Our “3m Concertina Table” is designed for 3m gazebos, though the actual size is 2.8m to fit neatly between the legs. Most clients position them at the front or side of the gazebo, which is why they’re made to this width. “Our gazebo looked really good at first. I was impressed that the material appeared to be strong. So we were happy to have our gazebo up in the garden for half the year. By the second summer, the roof/canopy had failed, having become weakened by, I assume, exposure to sunlight. I bought another canopy. This one has also failed after two years, as has one of the side panels. Not quite as rugged as I had hoped.”

Please note that our polyester canopies and sidewalls come with a 12-month warranty and can weaken after prolonged use. While we strive to provide durable products, factors like extended sun exposure can lead to wear and tear. We do offer a premium 500gsm PVC water-resistant fabric option, which comes with a 2-year warranty and is perfect for long-lasting outdoor use where extra strength and protection are needed. “We had a lightweight pop-up gazebo last summer for our golden wedding celebrations. We loved it, but it got shredded in the winds this year. We can’t believe how solid your gazebo feels in comparison. We didn’t get the colour we wanted but it’s very smart in pale grey. Maybe it’ll be around for our emerald anniversary! The service has been excellent, the quality is outstanding, and next day delivery, well, we were very impressed. Many thanks.”

“Gazebo top bought as replacement it fitted great and had the velcro on to hang the side walls as well. Seems to be a robust material and should be ideal for my use. My gazebo stays up all year long so if it lasts like my last roof I'll be happy. The price for the workmanship is alright, if you want quality you have to pay for it. I am going to order another replacement roof from here for my other gazebo.”

“I purchased a three way led light kit for my gazebo. It arrived in good time and was well packaged (I love the bag it comes in). I haven't yet used it in my gazebo yet but will do so soon. I have tested it and the lights are fantastic, very bright and I don't think we will have any problems lighting up our catering area.”

“Purchased a 2 x 2 aluminium frame gazebo. Very easy to assemble..built a deck under it which I will secure the legs to avoiding having to use expensive weights. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Frame seems very sturdy and the canvas / ripstock is very strong. Actually wanted two entrances but gazebo shop do not sell panels separately just a whole set which is a pity.”
