“After reviewing several companies I determined that Gazeboshop appeared to offer the best product for my requirements, especially the fact that it is flame retardant. Delivery promised was prompt, unfortunately due to a family emergency I could not be in and did not contact the company. Upon my return I contacted them, they were fully understanding and the product wad redelivered. The gazebo was easily assembled, fully height adjustable and construction is excellent. I particularly like the zip method for the side panels. Price is competitive. Very pleased and happy to recommend this company.”

“From start to finish, my expeirence with Gazeboshop has been outstanding. Easy to navigate store which guided me to exactly what I needed (a pump for an unusual inflatable). Quick confirmation and delivery, including accommodating special instructions that were added. Item was exactly as described, well packaged and with all necessary adapters. I followed up the delivery with an admin request a few weeks after the item had been delivered (an invoice), and received it within a matter of minutes. Truly excellent service all round.”

“Products appear great. With decent pricing for the quality. A bit more customisation could be good ie windows in the sides ect but all good. With plenty accessory options from tie-down to lights and heaters. The reason I have marked this down is I did not receive any order tracking or notification a company appeared with a pallet at 7am one morning. This was of for me but for some people the weight might have made it a struggle with chance of being stolen as can only be left on the street.”

“Ordered one spar for my damaged gazebo. I was expecting next day delivery. That didn't happen sent several email. When I spoke to them they were very unhelpful. They finally agree to overnight the part when I found out it would t fit the gazebo as it wasn't from them. I would have received the part finding it didn't fit. So I had to ask them to refund my order. VERY unimpressed”

Hello Daniel, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration you experienced. Your order was sent out and, according to DX, was marked as collected and arrived at the delivery depot; however, it was later marked as not received by the courier. You emailed overnight regarding the non-delivery, and Tiffany called DX multiple times throughout the day, keeping you updated both at the start and end of each day with information from the courier. When you emailed again overnight saying you had heard nothing, Tiffany promptly replied to your follow-up and informed you that the courier was conducting searches and would be in touch as soon as she had more information. You also spoke with Angelina, who initially wasn’t aware of your order but quickly checked to see if a Saturday dispatch was possible. Tiffany later called you to confirm the spare part’s compatibility and learned that your gazebo frame was purchased from Argos. Unfortunately, we only supply spare parts for our commercial-grade frames. You were immediately offered a refund upon this discovery. We understand the situation was far from ideal and appreciate your patience throughout. The sales department sorted this out for me in a manner that should have a 10 star review. problems sometimes happen it is what the supplier does about it that matters and this company are in the top position, again well done!”
