“Came good in the end! The website was playing up and I tried three times to place an order for a replacement canopy with them. I phoned and was told to email with requirements as they couldn't take an order over the phone. Time was running out - heatwave on the horizon for the weekend and big family party so desperately need in need of our back up gazebo which had a ruined canopy. Didn't quite believe they would manage next day delivery but they did ... so with 24 hours to go we were sorted. I have to say the quality is unbelievable...well worth every penny. It was buying a cheap replacement canopy in the first place that caused the problem. I would have no hesitation in using them again... but just hope their website is running better now.”

“We are happy with the items but when delivered they were left at the schools back gate, luckily a member of staff noticed them. They could have been stolen.”

Leaving the goods unattended at the back gate of the school is certainly not what we expect from our courier service. We always instruct our drivers to ensure deliveries are made safely and securely - ideally handed over to a member of staff or left in a clearly designated safe place. For security reasons, we only allow couriers to leave goods unattended if specifically requested by the customer.
