“I placed an order but thanks to Gazebo shop I was made aware that it was the wrong part and fully refunded. After ordering I was contacted by the sales team asking for pictures of where I needed this part for. After sending the pics I was told this was incorrect part and a refund was provided within days. I was really happy with that service and just wish all company dealings weee that good. Thank you for your help.”

“The Gazeebo came quickly and well packaged. I just needed it as a storage place while refurbing my kitchen so was not expecting too much. Wow was I surprised! My Family had it put together in minutes and I have been very impressed with the quality. Well worth the money. Thank you.”

“We have had one of your gazebos for a few years. We love it. We have always used ropes to secure it on our patio and thought the sandbags would make it even more secure. You provide a very good service and videos. (We watch it every year how to erect cos we are oldish!!)”

“I decided to go with a gazebo shop after searching through quite a few different companies The product turned up to promptly with everything we’ve ordered Unfortunately, the frame had been damaged quite badly in transit I phone them up and the next day it was exchanged so pleased I picked gazebo shop Very friendly and efficient And the product is of excellent quality Won’t hesitate to use them again”

“I have a 3 meter by 6 meter gazebo from this company have had it for over 10 yrs Absolutely the best purchase I ever made It’s strong it’s sturdy We have used for markets /military shows and military events /charity events /wedding /birthdays/ and this yr with the amount of family coming we will be having Xmas dinner in it Due to me not storing it correctly I have in the past damaged the top cover twice lol But I used this as an excuse to change the colour 😎 I always call first to check what I need is in stock and always get greeted with professional polite and friendly staff I will never regret this purchase It’s so simple to buy online with next day delivery”

“Gazebo shop are absolutely superb. Their products are outstandingly strong and durable. Our gazebo was outside for so long we called it our detached conservatory. We've bought extra products to store and support the gazebo. Through no fault of their own the products were not delivered on time and we were refunded fully for the delivery. Top notch company”

“Easy and straightforward to put up and take down. Very sturdy and will clearly give us many years of great service. Dried out the walls and roof and was able to pack them away into the original bag without issue so it all very neat between events.”
