“I ordered the heavy duty 3mx3m gazebo on 29th May, have just taken delivery, this gazebo is supposed th be heat sealed, however I have noticed at least 3 small holes on the canopy. I spent almost £240 and expect a lot more. I have been calling and no reply The stitching is quite untidy and this is where the leak is I've had cheaper gazebos that lasted more than a few days.”

“Definitely built to last!! We seem to ‘budget’ for a new gazebo every year as then have a tendency to want to fly off to our next door neighbours garden & bend/snap in the process. I can’t image that happening with this one! I decided to pick up my new ‘Trader’ Gazebo directly from their warehouse/showroom & was genuinely impressed straight away, very professional set up all round, as well as great advice. Managed to pick up some leg weights for it too...ones that you can actually use with the sides down too Would 100% recommend :)”

“Whilst using one of G.shops gazebos for store front use during the current health and safety conditions for public safety we had a minor issue with a small broken part. Contacted gazebo shop and Emailed a photo of the part needed and it arrived the very next day. Part fitted and problem solved. Many thanks to Craig in sales support for sorting this out and responding quickly to our needs. Great work Thanks again”

“I managed to damage the leg of our gazebo and I contacted gazeboshop to replace the leg they requested a photo and I sent one of the damaged leg. To my dismay they replied that they did not have a new one. I then sent another photo including the label on the canopy to my surprise Luigi rang me to tell me the gazebo was at least 10 years old so they no longer made that particular model.However he had looked around for a replacement leg that could be adapted if i was prepared to do some work on it. This offer I accepted and the replacement leg arrived in a couple of days. I have made the modifications and now have a fully working gazebo. This gazebo has been used at county shows, craft shows, garden parties etc for all that time and has never let us down even when others have blown away and let in water. For these reasons I thank Luigi and Craig for all their help and understanding to put us back on the markets. There personal service was perfection. Bryan Chatting”

“I ordered a gazebo which proved to be too big for our garden, as my lovely wife pointed out ...I asked Gazeboshop if I could replace it with a smaller version, even though I had unpacked the frame. They did so efficiently, offered a credit and delivered within hours. An exemplary service- good value, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. I now have my new office...I recommend them unreservedly.”

“Product arrived within time stated , there was a little damage to small part's, phoned and a lady called Jan took details of minor fault which didn't stop gazebo working , new part's arrived next day all sorted . Very good quality of materials and looks good . Thanks for pleasant and speedy response to order and fault .”

“I’m really impressed at the quality of the 3m x 3m Heavy Duty Steel Gazebo with walls that arrived today. The fabric looks like it will stand up to plenty of use and the frame is superb. It’s also very easy to put up. Well worth the money.”

“I purchased a 3x3m 40 Hex Gazebo at the beginning of the year for my business, I have just come back to purchase a second one as my company is growing from strength to strength. The 40 Hex frame is a very strong and reliable, it stands up to the british weather well with the steel weights that I brought with my original gazebo Highly recommend to any business out there which needs a gazebo for trading or for shelter”

“We ordered a 'heavy duty' gazebo, with sides & later purchased the recommended heavy weights for feet last year...at a total cost of around £450. We used this gazebo in our small back garden which is sheltered on all sides. It's predecessor was a B&Q pop up which lasted (in all weathers) 15 years. We were extremely disappointed (to say the least) to find the roof has somehow collapsed & all the rain has pooled on one corner causing the cover to rip On contacting The Gazebo Shop the reply we had was: Unfortunately the damage caused is not cover under warranty. Our gazebos are not permanent structures and should not be left unattended. So if you're planning to purchase this heavy duty gazebo you must not leave it up attended overnight but just put up & take down each time you want to use it - how ridiculous! I rang & spoke to the manager/owner? who was immediately on the defensive and extremely rude & unhelpful. Save yourself £100’s of pounds and buy a cheaper (B&Q type) as they last much much longer and you haven’t got to deal with RUDE people either!”

“I've used my gazebo for 8 seasons for up to 25 weekends per year. It has seen some horrendous weather including storm Hector and storm Hannah. On more than one occasion I have been the last man standing when allegedly "better" gazebos either side, behind and opposite me have all collapsed. I did replace the sides and top a couple of years ago but believe they would have lasted more than 6 years if I'd cleaned them and hadn't packed them wet so often! So when I needed another gazebo, there was no way I would consider a different model. If you're new to gazebos, here are a couple of tips: All gazebos are dependent on the quality of the guy lines and pegs. Get some heavy duty ratchet straps and different pegs for different ground conditions. I use crow bars for dry ground and spiral dog tethers for wet ground. Ignore anyone who suggests you should hang your guy lines/ratchets on the frame. That puts a pin load on the frame which can weaken it. Use the canvas loops on the corners of the canopy. That spreads the load and in 8 seasons, none of my canvas loops have broken. And for maximum stability, bang your pegs in 45 degrees from the corners. I bang mine in 4 ft, or if room, 6 ft away from the corners. From my experience, this wonderful gazebo should then withstand sustained 45 mph wind.”

“ONLY GETS 1 STAR AS THERE IS NO OPTION FOR ZERO....I ordered online which showed in stock for nest day delivery. Received a call 30 mins later to say it was out of stock and would i like a different colour. Another colour was snot an option for me. I was told the website was live and continually updating ( however it still allowed me to add one to the basket whilst on the phone to them). Refund was made back to me on 12th , 4 days after i requested a refund. Totally unacceptable delay on refund. FINALLY RECEIVED CLEARED FUNDS 8 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. £519 is a lot of money to be waiting on....”

Hello, We take customer satisfaction very seriously here at Gazeboshop. We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service that you received from us on this occasion. As you have highlighted above and to clarify: a member of the Sales team did contact you within 30 minutes to advise you that the stock colour you had purchased was unavailable. We were sorry for this and you were offered the choice between selecting an alternative colour or a refund. You decided to go for a refund of which we issued straight away and we did not delay. My colleague explained that refunds can take anywhere between 5-7 days to clear and this is very much down to your card processing company and not us. Kind regards, Sam Gazeboshop
