We haven't had a chance to put it up yet, but we love the quality of the frame and the material on the roof and sides. The service has been very prompt when we have had questions etc. The only negative would be that the two black bags that hold the frame and the sides and roof are bit flimsy. We ordered a 3mx6m gazebo so it is quite heavy, the handles feel like they could tear from the bag, already a bit of the bag tore when I added the roof to the sides. If the bags were as sturdy as the gazebo that would have been much better.
