Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the confusion and delay regarding your order. I understand you spoke with my colleague regarding the availability of a 3m x 4.5m gazebo in PVC fabric. Your enquiry was referred to our suppliers in China to confirm whether this was possible, which unfortunately caused a short delay. Once we received their response, our sales team advised that this option wasn’t available, and you subsequently placed an order for one of our stocked ripstop polyester gazebos online.
