“I’ve yet to receive my order since 24th of April Order number 67299 I would give a zero star if it’s possible and I’ve paid extra £10 for the next delivery yesterday and yet no show for my orders… so so disappointed and frustrated.”

Hi Jonathan, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused regarding your order (67299). After reviewing the delivery details, the initial delay occurred due to an incorrect postcode being provided at the time of ordering. This meant the parcel was initially sent to the wrong depot and required rerouting. We were notified of the correct postcode on 29th April, and once this was updated, the order was reprocessed and successfully delivered on 5th May, taking into account the bank holiday and necessary depot change. We always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, and unfortunately in this case the incorrect address details led to the delay. “Excellent service, I wasn't sure of the size we needed so they asked for a photo and knew straight away which one I needed. It arrived very quickly and fitted perfectly. I know where to go if ever I need a new one.”

I’ve checked your order confirmation and can see that the order was placed for two concertina tables only. The bottom shelving kits are separate accessories that attach to the tables and were not included in this order. I apologise for any confusion caused. “Excellent quality product and outstanding customer service. The frame is very easy to erect and feels strong and well made. We ordered a printed canopy and back wall, and the print quality is extremely high, it looks really smart and professional. There was a small issue initially as a 2m x 2m frame was delivered instead of the 3m x 3m we ordered. However, when I contacted The Gazebo Shop, they handled it brilliantly. They arranged collection of the incorrect frame and delivered the correct one within 36 hours, which was very impressive. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for gazebos or event materials. Fantastic products backed up by excellent service.”

“Due to brain injury I became a bit confused around delivery. So I contacted customer service direct, to be told I had ordered to be collected, unfortunately I had got it wrong and the genuine patient young lady rectified this for me explaining she would get it posted out to my home for £8.99, 4 days later it arrived. Thank You for your understanding and time taken to understand my own frustration and rectifying this so quickly. Person centred Customer care and awareness and flexibility of understanding human beings. Thank You.”

“The Gazebo is very good quality, the frame is sturdy and feels rigid when put up. The roof and sides are of good quality and the splashproof bottom is a bonus. I would have given it 5 stars if the frame cover was on wheels like other manufacturers.”

“What great service, I had a problem with the delivery of one of my orders primarily due to the courier and not The Gazeboshop. I placed another order a few days later and explained the problem, I had encountered with the previous order. Ashleigh was just so amazing, polite and managed to convince her manager to provide free delivery for my next order. The service was prompt and as i said the politeness and positive manner Ashleigh dealt with it was extremely professional and friendly. Thank you so much for this , great to still have companies that believe in customer service as a prime factor.”
