“My initial order was out of stock, I received a prompt email asking me if I wished to wait or receive a refund. I opted to change to a larger model which promptly arrived the next day. A couple of items were missing but that was the couriers issue and not with Gazeboshops ability to have impacted. However after a couple of emails and phone calls with Leah in customer services and the missing items were tracked and resolved. The product itself is well made and certainly from intial use will give many years of service. Leah and her colleague were very helpful, polite and listened to what I had to say. I would use them again for any future requirements”

“Excellent. Love my gazebo. Had it 5 years now. The roof ripped in the high winds. Replaced it with a new roof and its even better quality. Love it. Service was great.”

“The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the packaging had fallen to pieces when it arrived. Thankfully the part was OK. Otherwise I was impressed with the speed of response.”

“We purchased an Awning for our Series 40 Gazebo which looks good when deployed. Helps keeps light rain off as well as what it was designed to do. We have suggested a minor design improvement, which is simple to Gazeboshop, around the arm clamps. The cost of postage for low value items is extremely expensive and could be better cost wise as it makes them expensive overall. In general we have been happy with them and how quickly they respond back to questions.”

“Really sturdy. Took us (two 70+ year olds) a little time to put up for the first time but in future I reckon less than 30 minutes. But it took 10 minutes to dismantle and pack away! We had a cheap one before but was a waste of money. This Will last for years! Excellent!”
