“Accepted an order that they failed to fulfill. Very poor after sales, minimal effort to rectify the problem. Would strongly dissuade anyone purchasing a product from this company.”

“They left me hanging for weeks with no idea what was going on. I contacted them and they gave me a delivery date which came and then they told me I was wrong and they never gave me that date even though I had replied to their email stating the date. Always told the would call me back and never did. Eventually they admitted they had never even ordered from their supplier. They raised the order with the supplier and it came less than a week later. I’d never trust this company with my money question.”

“Whilst the Hampton summer house was at the budget end of summer house's the quality was exceptionally poor a lot of remedial work was required”

“the wood is very good,the greenhouse and shed came as two separate buildings,so have one side left,luckily l had a very good builder and has combined the two.l am very happy with what he has done.Still trying to fathom why it should come as two buildings.”

“Quality item, ordered 8 x 8ft but it turned up 7ft 4in x 7ft in. That should be put in description I would of ordered next size. Delivery good only one man .”

“My delivery was cancelled at 4pm the day before I had taken a day off work organised a tradesman to install my summerhouse and wanted it for a birthday celebration at the weekend all I got was sorry !”

“One of the panels arrived badly damaged, which we did not discover until after the delivery driver had departed (was curbside delivery and at the bottom of the pile). I have co tacted customer services for a replacement but not even an answer! I included photographs and received a response from the delivery company, who advised I needed to contact Garden Street, but have had no response to my requests! Very disappointing.”
