“Shed slight damage not surprising as delivery men just threw it down onto paved area no email to advise of delivery they were banging on the door at 6-45am.”

“Cupboard was damaged but we only found out when we were assembling it. It was too difficult to return and the damage was not huge so we decided to keep the cupboard. Would be wary about ordering again.”

“Ordered a 7x5 shed ( purely cos it was the ONLY company that didn't have 10-16 week delivery) spent most of today banging in nails that they couldn't be bothered to do. Removing nails poking through the wood. Put together and there is a gap underneath, the 'windows' have dents in them! If I didn't need it in a hurry, I would have sent it back!”

“Order placed easily and arrived quickly direct from the supplier rather than Garden Street themselves, however the coffee table I ordered has had 3 damaged table tops so far and now with the 3rd damaged one installed, they have gone silent and won’t respond to my emails”

“Bit ahead of yourselves Garden Street - haven’t received the item yet and you’re asking for a review on the product and service. I can say it’s been delayed and I’d expected to have it by now based on original estimate but it’s not normal times so will give you the benefit of the doubt.”

“Good solid wood to construct a solid robust bin store . Calls into play your construction skills . The assembly instructions could be enhanced to provide a template to go’s the hinges and hardwear for novices . All round really pleased 😀 with the bin store.”

“Bought the Plumley Hardwood 6-seater Dining Set. It arrived comfortably within the predicted delivery time, was very well packed, is sturdily made, and pleasing in appearance. One chair was found to be damaged on arrival, but this was replaced without quibble, and arrived sooner than expected. Altogether a very pleasant purchasing experience which has left us well-satisfied with our furniture, and a company we would gladly recommend.”
