“Summer house was poorly put together with various nails protruding. I had to pull a lot of nails out and refit them corrrectly. The floor was damaged and had to be repaired. I emailed Garden street about the damage but no reply! Would not recommend.”

“Bought the ‘Shire Overlap 8x6 Windowless Shed’ I wasn’t sure what to expect because of the price (so cheap) but I was pleasantly surprised. I will be strengthening it up with a few extra screws etc but overall very happy, 2 of us got the majority up in a couple hours. Then another hour to finish it. I would recommend for anyone looking for a budget shed. Delivery was on time and I was messaged before hand to confirm,”

“I placed a order and it said 5-10 working days but I had to chase the order with the company to then be told they will look into it and then I recieved a email saying they are going to return the money , which I was annoyed about because it was a present for someone and we could not give it to her .”

“Gazebo arrived - person came to erect at a cost to me - 2 structures damaged - awaiting the 2 new structures which will engage me at an additional cost - unfortunately not pleased and have no idea when they will arrive as had no confirmation of new order.”

“Avoid, after much deliberation on a purchase and choosing this furniture because it was in stock. I’m still waiting 4 weeks later for delivery. I didn’t want to order online but because of lockdown had no choice. Such poor customer service with promised call backs that don’t happen. If you want to order furniture pay no attention to the in stock dates dates - it’s the delivery dates they struggle with. Extremely disappointed.”

“The experience with Garden Street was good. Their website is fine and the ease of ordering and payment was OK. The follow-up from the supplier, Shire Buildings, was good when booking and arranging delivery, all of which went as organised. It is a shame that the product itself was of such poor quality. Below where the question of damage is concerned the answer is yes, but was not apparent until construction began.”

“Norfolk Leisure Morston Bistro Set. Fantastic product. Garden Street where easily contactable by phone and email even during these weird times, First class from start to finish. Completely recommend this company and would definitely by Norfolk Leisure furniture again if needed.”

“This review relates to a Rowlinson Garden Products "Stretton Arbour" bought about 4 weeks ago. Having almost completed assembly about 2 weeks ago, we encountered a big problem constructing the hinged seat - it was impossible to do it as instructed - and so contacted both Garden Street and Rowlinson (with photos) for advice. A response was promised by GS in a matter of days after consultation with R. AS OF TODAY WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING, despite chasers. In fact, there were a few other significant problems with the product packaging and assembly instructions, which made it difficult to build the arbour (details on request). All in all - product quality and after sales service - 2 out of 5.”

“Avoid like the plague. Paid out for a Bramble Playhouse for our daughters so not a cheap item. Manufacturing fault with the front panel as per pictures emailed to Mercia. Mercia blame Garden Street. Garden Street wash their hands of it and blame Mercia so we are stuck with an expensive playhouse that cant be put together. If I could give 0 stars I would I am afraid. Very disappointing. ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL. Customer Service is non-existent. Absolute cowboys.”
