“The issue was more with the product manufacturer. Only part of my greenhouse arrived in the delivery and I had to spend a day chasing down what was missing part by part with manuals. I have had to wait nearly another two weeks for the rest of the order-let’s hope the rest of it arrives this time and doesn’t waste more of my time.”

“I am very pleased with my sun house now its up , your floor and roof could do to be made of ply as opposed to the pressed stuff that they are made off, a bit was chipped but i sorted it out , also the frame units glass could do to be fitted with sealer all round to stop them shaking about. apart from that very good for the money. the delivery was excellent, was out today sitting in it with the sun out. “A lot of sites offer price match, but beware not all honour the promise. Gardenstreet do and I not only got a bargain, but an excellent friendly service. I will definitely use them again.”

“Still awaiting my delivery for my order. No updates on when it will arrive. Same excuse that the shipment is delayed. Purchase was made as it was meant to be a 10 day delivery. Almost a month and still nothing. Very poor!!!”

“We are so glad to have found this company. We shall certainly use them again and recommend them to friends. The fence we ordered was perfect - first class and exactly as described. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant. In this time of covid did not have to wait very long for delivery. A bonus was the delivery company as well, cheerful, helpful and friendly. Thank you to the staff and delivery company.”

“Absolutely terrible. Ordered a shed, which arrived with no fixtures or fittings. Had to constantly chase up emails to them as they wouldn’t reply. Eventually the fixtures and fittings arrived, booked a day off work to erect the shed to find that there were also three panels missing. My partner rang to request a full refund, they said they would email and arrange a refund and collection of the shed. Still waiting for that, so I will probably have to chase up again. Would never recommend this place to anyone.”

“Totally incompetent. I can understand dalays with orders in this environment, but to be told that my delayed order had then been lost after it been despatched and then for my order to be cancelled after I said I was happy to wait for a delayed delivery (apparently due to my email being 'misread') is absurd.”

“I was disappointed when our shed arrived, damaged and the work man ship is very poor, sent photos and evidence to garden street. They replied with tell me what parts are bad and we will replace... basically needed a new shed as so many panels were involved. As we had booked time off work we had to repair and mend the shed ourselves. Garden street were not very interesting in the problems we had. Very sad that the company is happy to take your money but the customer service is very bad.”

“Took one week after ordering a gazebo it was out of stock totally unacceptable practice. Why does it take a week to inform their customer they actually don't have the item having already taken the money!! Be aware of this companies dodgy deals never again will we use them”

“Only thing I would say that could be seen as a negative hence 4* no holes were pre drilled . I had a drill so no problem . Also had to treat wood as soon as built (according to paperwork) I had some Ronseal so that was ok . But if I hadn’t of had these things it would have been harder work. Needs 2 to build . Delivered nice and early , the driver was great . Happy so far with product”

“I find it completely unacceptable that Garden Street should be asking for reviews of a product yet to be received. They know the delivery date and therefore should not ask for a review until at least 2 weeks after delivery.”

“Ordered a garden lounge set and coffee table in February, cushion was marked and coffee table broke, still waiting for replacement now. Offered no compensation, and still have no delivery date. AVOID”
