“I was extremely disappointed with the delivery of the item I purchased.. It was not until I had placed the order that I was told that the delivery would be 14/16 weeks.. When I called later to see if this could be improved I was not convinced that my request was taken seriously.”

“Good furniture at a good price. Well organised delivery. A few bits of small damage to the wood, a few chips and cracks. But overall pleased with it.”

“All our garden furniture is very good. The concrete base for the parasol came & we found the hole at the base of the plastic too large for the pole. We had to make a sleeve to fit the pole snugly into the base. The clamp at the top which grips the pole in a vertical position was too large a diameter to allow the tapered cone to grip the wood & then attach to the threaded part of the plastic tube. This also had to be modified, but we are now up & running!”

“Greenhouse / Shed combi, arrived with only one man to lift off van, so two of us had to help him. Not safe at all. No proper instructions, for this product, just put two separate instruction leaflet for both - ridiculous and very lazy None of the flat packs were numbered, more wood got delivered than it should have done, so confusing to build. None of the wood had the correct grooves to fit the windows. The top window of the greenhouse lets in water. Basically had to re-build the whole thing as nothing fitted together. Hugely disappointed.”

“Ordered a shed which was in stock and then when notified it actually wasn’t in stock I ordered another and surprise the same happened again and now I am fighting to get my money back”

“Having ordered and paid for a gate which was described as “available in stock” we waited three weeks before being told the day before delivery that it would not in fact be available for another 4-6 weeks. Dreadful service. Would not use again.”

“Delighted with the quick delivery and companion seat, however, after leaving it indoors for the recommended 3 weeks the colour of the seats and other parts of the set have faded considerably and looks as if it needs another coat of stain.”

“Everything arrived very quickly. All in perfect condition. One minor problem couldn’t find cushions for chair seats. Would be helpful to have a note saying they were tucked up under the seats.we are now totally ready for our staycation.”
